At SHYROS, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or return, provided you meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
1. Accepted Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:
- The product arrived defective or damaged.
- You received an incorrect product.
Note: Personalized, intimate, hygiene, or perishable products are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective.
2. Timeframe to Request a Refund
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund or return, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Conditions for Returns
To have a return approved:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with intact packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returned items must be sent to the address provided when you contact us.
Note: If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a restocking fee.
4. Process to Request a Refund

- Return authorization: We will respond within 2-5 business days with instructions for returning the product.
- Send the product: Ship the product to the address provided.
- Inspection: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product arrived defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once the return is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- The product shows evident signs of use.
- Parts or accessories are missing for reasons not caused by us.
- The request is made outside the permitted timeframe, but we accept it at our discretion.
8. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept refunds or returns for:
- Products on sale or with special discounts.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Personal hygiene products that have been opened or used.
9. Undelivered Orders
If an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to review your case. If the package is declared lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
